Arfan is an ICC Level 2 Cricket Coach with extensive experience both as a player and a coach. He has played for the U19 team for GDA Pakistan, as well as Grade 2 and first-class cricket for GDA and GCA Pakistan. He participated in the 2014 World Cup qualifying round in Australia representing the Philippines. In 2019, he served as an assistant coach for the Maratha Arabians in the T10 league. Additionally, Arfan has competed in international series, including two T20 and one ODI matches against Hong Kong, and three T20 matches against Malaysia in the Philippines.
